Should you wish to cover the event, please send us your request on company letterhead with the name and function (i.e. photographer, writer, videographer) of each individual requesting access. The letter must come from the publisher, editor or producer. We do not accept requests from freelance journalists, writers or photographers. If you are a freelancer working for an accredited news outlet, the request must come from the organization that hired you.

Once we have received and processed your request, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you. Giving us your e-mail address or fax number will expedite the confirmation process. Due to insurance requirements, each person listed on the confirmation will have to pick up his/her credential individually. Pickup location will be listed on the confirmation form.

After we have processed your credentials, there will be no changing or switching of names. Due to space allocation within the race circuit, we reserve the right to limit the number of credentials issued for each news outlet and also reserve the right to limit your accessibility to different areas.
