CENTRIX Financial Business Outlook – 2006
By Robert E. Sutton Chairman and CEO
The stage is set for us to renew our work together, with a new clarity of purpose and a new confidence in the safety and performance of the CENTRIX Portfolio Management Program™ (PMP).
We are entering a phase of expansion characterized by new levels of regulatory cooperation, operational efficiency and diversified funding. New NCUA guidelines, combined with process improvements and technological innovations at CENTRIX, have brought us to an exciting juncture in our evolution as a company.
Since the June 2005 Risk Alert, CENTRIX has worked closely with the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) as they developed new regulatory guidelines for credit unions that originate loans through programs like the CENTRIX PMP.
Our discussions with the NCUA confirmed to us the importance of the CENTRIX approach to the burgeoning subprime lending market. And because we now have NCUA guidance for credit union involvement with the PMP, we can move forward with the assurance that regulatory requirements are being met at every step.
